Here’s what our employees Have Shared

“What makes this company special is that it was started by parents who truly understand the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and the importance of reliable, compassionate caregivers. That understanding carries through in everything they do—from supporting their employees to making sure the individuals we care for are able to live meaningful and independent lives.

As a DSP, it feels great to work for a company that values the work we do and treats everyone with respect. I’m proud to be part of a team that is dedicated to building friendship, community, and helping the people we support live their best lives.”

Angelique, DSP.
