STAND BY ME LLC is an Oregon state licensed Medicaid agency .
It was established in May 2021 by Kate and Bruce Pritchard, devoted parents to their
adult daughter Sarah, who lives with a developmental disability. Care providers are often
hard to locate and even harder to keep once established because of low wages.
Caregiver turnover is extremely hard on families and especially
the individuals living with a developmental disability.
STAND BY ME LLC was created to put the pieces of the puzzle together:

What is a
Direct Support Professional DSP?
A DSP is an individual who assists an adult living with a developmental disability in their private home and in the community to maximize their level of independence and safety with activities of daily living, functional mobility, leisure/recreation, communication skills, home making skills, transportation and explore interests.
